Mini Continental Menu

To start off your guests’ day the right way, we offer a huge selection of the freshest and choicest juices, fruits and baked goods. We also offer a wide assortment of egg dishes, including Omelet Crepes, Egg Sandwiches, Frittatas and Quiches.

Silver Lunch Buffet Menu

We refer to this lunch as our Silver Buffet because it’s so memorable. May we suggest beginning with the Strawberry Daiquiri Salad and the Southwest White Bean Soup? Then onto some Opus One exclusives like Jumbo Portabella Mushrooms stuffed with roasted garlic and four Mediterranean cheeses, Rock Shrimp and Snow Crab Fettuccine or Roast Herb Crusted Loin of Pork.

Family Style Menu

A family style event doesn’t have to mean tasteless casseroles, prepared hours before. We’ll serve your guests only the best, like Vine Ripened Tomato Salad, Baby Shrimp Fettuccine, Sliced London Broiled Beef, Grilled Boneless Lamb Loins and more. Top it off with an assortment of unique desserts for which Opus One is famous.

Strolling Supper Menu

This has become an exotic treat for our clients to their guests: imagine offering specialty stations like Little Italy, Greek Town, a French Bistro, Asian, Middle Eastern, Soul Food and more — all to the delight of your entire party. The Opus One Strolling Supper menu literally satisfies even the finickiest palate.

Our plated dinners offer so much more than you’ll find with other catering services. From the traditional like Chicken Marsala and Beef Tenderloin to the unique like King Crab Stuffed Fillet of Salmon and Garlic Grilled Eggplant Napoleon. These meals aren’t just delicious, they’re unforgettable.

Plated Breakfast Menu

It is after all, the most important meal of the day. And we serve it that way, with Egg Ciabatta Sandwiches, Grand Marnier French Toast, Filled Omelet Crepes and Asparagus and Prosciutto Frittatas. An Opus One plated breakfast is a great way to start the day.

We offer various continental breakfast items like baked goods and breakfast sandwiches for morning service to afternoon break items like fresh veggies, chips and fresh baked cookies to help eliminate the midday lull.

Buffet Breakfast Menu
