Cuisine for a Cause

We are pleased to announce Opus One’s
innovative charitable dining program now in its second year, “Cuisine for a Cause,” presented
by Opus One, News/Talk 760 WJR and Ford
Motor Company. This special dining program, running from February1 through April 19, was initiated to assist ten non-profit organizations in
the Detroit area during tough economic times.

On Monday through Thursday of each of the
campaign’s ten weeks, Opus One will donate 25
percent of all a la carte non-discounted lunch
and dinner dining checks to each dining party’s choice of participating charities. In addition, on
Friday and Saturday of each campaign week (excluding February 14 and 15 and March 21 and 22),
Opus One will highlight one charity each weekend as recipient of all dining guest checks.

Participating charities and their designated weekends are as follows:

• The Henry Ford Health System Josephine Ford Cancer Center – February 1 and 2
• Think Detroit PAL – February 8 and 9
• Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit – February 22 and 23
• The Children’s Center – February 29 and March 1
• Forgotten Harvest – March 7and 8
• Michigan Opera Theatre – March 14 and 15
• ALS of Michigan, Inc. – Lou Gehrig’s Disease – March 28 and 29
• Detroit Symphony Orchestra Volunteer Council – April 4 and 5
• Children’s Hospital of Michigan – April 11 and 12
• American Red Cross – Southeastern Michigan Chapter – April 18 and 19

At the conclusion of the campaign, a special celebratory wine-tasting reception will be held at the
Ford Conference and Event Center on Friday evening, April 25. Guests will be treated to more than
sixty premium wines and an extensive strolling supper specially prepared by Opus One. The evening will also feature a chance to bid on some fantastic one-of-a-kind prize packages during an exciting
live auction. (Each organization selling its 100-ticket allotment for the reception will receive $80 profit per ticket sold in addition to 25 percent of dining proceeds on their designated weekend.)

In addition, any private parties booked at Opus One (including business lunches, anniversaries, birthday lunches, etc.) February 3 through September 30, 2008 will benefit the participating charity
of the host’s choice as long as they mention the charity when booking a party.
