We think Valentine’s Day is perfect for sharing entrées. We suggest the Broiled Maine Lobster Tail served with Lobster Champagne Sauce and the Char-grilled Rib Eye. Then, our signature Opus One Hummer with Chambord, Grand Marnier, Crème de Cocoa and French vanilla ice cream, served in a milk chocolate cup -- with two straws, of course. Mother's Day
We’ve always enjoyed creating special surprises on Mother's Day. What mom wouldn’t love Roasted Sliced Tenderloin of Beef with Sauce Madeira or Broiled Fillet of Canadian Whitefish with Lemon Caper. And we’ve never met one who didn’t enjoy drawing the meal to a close with a slice of our Warm Molten Chocolate Cake, with Caramelized Raspberry Sauce, House-Made Raspberry Sorbet, and a Honey Almond Cookie.
